Work outline: To provide all affiliates with company secretarial advice and service, particularly in relation to board of directors and shareholders’ meetings.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  To organize and deliver high quality corporate secretarial service that includes scheduling meetings, arranging meeting venues, drafting meeting materials, ensuring timely distribution, attending meetings and submitting any documents as required by laws to relevant authorities in timely manner

Ø  To maintain and develop a system to control and update information and records of all affiliates e.g. company register, meeting materials, list of shareholders and directors, etc. in compliance with statutory requirements and best practice

Ø  To act as focal point for any corporate secretarial matters with clear and effective communication to the Company and all affiliates’ management, including to keep all relevant persons fully informed of situation to ensure situations are dealt with appropriately and effectively

Ø  To provide prompt and practical strategic advice and effective support all affiliates in relation to corporate laws and regulations

Ø  To assist in establishing and managing procedures to create and maintain consistent, aligned processes and high-quality standards of corporate secretarial service

Ø  To conduct trainings for coordinators of all affiliates and work closely with General Manager to develop training programs and materials for Japanese management in all affiliates regarding corporate secretarial services and Thai corporate laws

Ø  To handle other legal tasks e.g. research, advice, contract drafting, legal training, bulletin, document control etc. as may be assigned by General Manager

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai Nationality, Male/female, Age 28-40 years old

Ø Bachelor or Master Degree in law

Ø At least 5 years of experience practicing in organizing all tasks related to board of directors and shareholders meetings for a number of group companies and providing practical advice on company and corporate laws

Ø A self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving

Ø Knowledge of company and corporate laws

Ø Being well-organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and completeness of all meeting materials, legal documents, and corporate records

Ø Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with directors and shareholders of all affiliates, external advisors, local coordinators, team members and others in preparation for any corporate secretarial activities

Ø Ability to prioritize workload and work with minimum supervision

Ø Excellent communication skills at all levels and confidence to be able to respond clearly to queries and questions

Ø Being proactive and flexible to approach all corporate secretarial tasks and issues

 

 

Languages skills

English: Advanced Conversational Level

Japanese: None  

 

Workplace Area:  MRT Thailand Cultural Center

Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 17:00PM)/ 5 Saturday working in a year

 

About the Benefit

Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 THB including all allowances
