Work outline: Responsible for managing sales team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Contact and cooperate with customer in order to prepare all related document for Sales
Ø Support and give direction of Business Strategy, Sales and Marketing , Etc.
Ø Financial billing process, issue invoice, credit note, cost control.
Ø Monitoring KPI compliance.
Ø Manage order and Delivery process, etc.
Ø Complete job file to generate financial result of Sales in time line.
Ø Keep good customer relationship and provide the best service to meet customer requirement.
Ø To handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear and concise communication.
Ø To be proactive in resolving issues and problems before they occur.
Ø Monitoring problems and issues and promptly reporting to General Manager, Deputy GM. and Ass.GM.
Ø Can control and motivation with Sales staff in Sales Section well
Ø Educate all Sales staff in quality Improvement and good teamwork
Ø Sales team management duty and supervise Subordinates.
Ø Control Sales team to do and follow to company regulation such as Attendance, Bribery, corruption, etc.
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age above 35 years old
Ø Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Ø Experience 5 years up over in Logistics Business, Freight Forwarding and Customs Broker ,Liners, Import/Export, BOI, Customer Service or Sales.
Ø Good interpersonal skills, Positive attitude, Motivated, Service mind person, Can work under more pressure Etc.
Ø Have a car license & Own car.
Ø Computer Literacy (MS. Office)
Ø Not job hopper
Preferable:
Ø Can make good decision by yourself and good relation with other section in company
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: SUVANABHUMI AIRPORT
Working Hour: Mon-Fri (08:30– 17:30)
