Work outline: To support the Managing Director to ensure the smooth daily operation of the subsidiary.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage full set of Accounts and ensure that monthly and quarterly closing schedules are met.
Ø Prepare financial statements and quarterly consolidation package.
Ø Ensure monthly payment from distributors.
Ø Prepare audit schedule and assist to liaise with internal or external auditors and provide support during audit period.
Ø Prepare tax reports (VAT/Corporate Tax) and submissions in accordance to Thailand Tax regulation.
Ø Communicate with relevant government agencies on operational or compliance issues.
Ø Assist in the completion of internal or external surveys as and when required.
Ø Provide administrative support in all aspect of office functions such as office tenancy, office relocation/renovation, renewal of business licenses, flight/hotel reservations, season parking, insurance/health screening, office equipment, telephony system, etc.
Ø Attend to all telephone calls and enquiries.
Ø Ensure proper storage of data and proper filing of documents.
Ø Assist in recruitment such as liaison with agencies and interview arrangement.
Ø Prepare staff payroll and statutory contributions.
Ø Conduct briefing for new hire and exit clearance for resigned.
Ø Assist in the sourcing and registration of courses for staff training.
Ø Responsible for all aspects of expatriate management including permit application, renewals, income tax, etc.
Ø Liaise and communicate with respective departments in Singapore Head Office (e.g. Accounts, HR, Logistics, IT) for operational matters and reporting.
Ø Any other duties that may be require of you by the company that is within your scope.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
Ø Bachelor degree and higher Accounting or Finance
Ø Minimum 3 years related accounting and admin experience preferably from trading company
Ø Knowledge of taxation including VAT and reporting preferred
Ø Working knowledge with JD Edwards preferred
Ø Possess supervisory experience of accounting staff
Ø Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Ø Proficiency in MS Excel and Power point presentation
Ø Able to work independent
Ø Proficient in Microsoft office software
Ø Detail-oriented, meticulous and possess a hands-on approach.
Ø Possess initiative, able to work independent without much supervision
Preferable:
Ø Experience of communicating with Audit and Bank vendors is preferable.
Ø Prefer candidate from Big4
Ø Prefer candidate with CPD license
Ø Prefer candidate who can start work immediately
