Work outline: Responsible for Shop Area Management
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Sales forecast and analysis, analyze problems and obstacles that effects monthly sales and including arranging corrective and preventive plan
Ø Manage everything in the shop to hit sales target and gain revenue
Ø Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Ø Training staff to control and improve work quality
Ø Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining
Ø additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends
Ø Respond to customer complaints and comments
Ø Operation tasks at a shop in convenience area
Ø Report to Japanese management
Ø Other task as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male or Female , age 22-35 years old
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø Passion in Fashion , Garment
Ø Experience as Shop Manager or Area Manager in retail shop
Ø Able to do multi-tasks and also can run operation in a shop
Ø Management skill and analytical skill
Preferable:
Ø Have experience in Apparel business
Ø Have experience to deal with CRM
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: Advanced Conversation Level (N3 up)
Workplace Area: BRT Sathorn
Working Hour: Office 8.30-18.00 (Mon-Fri) CDD MUST BE in office in TUE, WED every week
Shop Hour: 10:00 – 19:00 *flexible hour* have 6 days off per month
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 40,000 THB negotiable
