Customer Service & Sales Administration Staff (20K-25K)

About this Job
Work outline: To support sales team by preparing necessary documents.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare quotation request form when the clients require quotation either via email or through telephone call and recheck the document at the same time.
Preparing concerning documents for sales team to use when persuading the clients to sign the contract.
Prepare the supporting documents for sales representative t do the yearly quotation
Data analyst by price searching (collect the data and share to sales team)
Sending catalog and spec of the products to the sales representative via email.
Filing the necessary documents both in hard copy and soft file.
Manage the office equipment for customer service
Coordinate the messenger to deliver and pick up documents
Coordinate to send the package to the assigned destination
Taking care of telephone call
Coordination and problem solving
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female , Age 25-30 years old
Bachelor degree
More than 1 year of working experience as sales coordinator, sales support or sales admin
Good communication in English (Especially Reading and Writing)
Detail oriented and fast learner
Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Excel)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Petchaburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday)
