Application Support Analyst (Internet/Mobile Baking) (Negotiation) (SDG-26934)
<Job Responsibilities>
Handle applications support for digital systems; internet, mobile banking
Investigate and debug on issues and incidents escalated by the banks of the group
Find root cause and plan resolution in relation with vendors and other team members
Test delivered bug fixes and carry the resolution until delivery in production
Keep test cases updated and assist customer with user acceptance testing
Communicate with customers, following up on opened issues and prepare status reports
Write user guides and organize training for the banks
Analyze customer change requests and create technical specification from business functional requirements
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/ Female, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
Must have at least 2 years working experience similar to IT positions
Must be able to communicate in English
Willing to work under international working environment
Technical and functional experience in digital banking domain
Strong technical skills, being able to speak with the development team and investigate deeply in the systems (database queries, technical logs review)
Good writing skills to translate user’s business requests into technical concepts.
