Technical Service Engineer Manager (40K-50K) (SDG-27033)
<Job Responsibilities>
Support customer, dealer related division in term of technical knowledge and provide solution in case of product trouble
Trainer and Manage and control technical service work in company showroom
Diagnosis and repairing machine in case of company service center or Dealer service staff cannot handle
Consult to company service staff and Dealer service staff when machine get trouble in complicated caused and recommend about Spare Part
Work as SA-R specialist for respond to Dealer or Customer’s inquiry
Service and maintenance demonstration machine and monitoring through SA-R
Coordinate with another related Division for properly work such a CS division / Part section
Supervisory to Technical Service Operational Staff / Technician Operational Staff
Performance evaluation and report to management by monthly
Any other duties within Construction Equipment Division as assigned by Management



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 35-40 years old
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related fields
At least 3-5 years experiences as Technical Service fields
Strong management skill and technical skill
Be able to travel domestics when required
Own a Driving License and can drive manual car
Good of English and computer literacy
