<Job Responsibilities>
Be responsible for the department store's Promotion Schedule Plan
Liaison with purchasing department for contacting supplier’s process
Issuing quotation of advertising space to suppliers
Sending SMS to the members for point's expiry notification
Be responsible for the weekly report of activity, advertisement, and result
Control using equipment
Promotion
Liaison with Advertising Art-Workers for creating promotion artworks
Liaison with the related persons about promotion areas
Creating and planning monthly promotions
Summarizing sales and promotion
Weekly and monthly report to the Manager
Event
Plan and create events
Contacting a performer or group of special activity
Summarizing report after event
Advertisement, Printing Media
Prepare information for creating printing media, video, and content
Creating content for a magazine



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years old
Bachelor degree / Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration
At least 2 years of working experience in Marketing, Promotion and Event field
Good communication in English for communicating in internal and writing email, report
Creative person, logical thinking
Strong liaison skills
Willing to work on a late shift (5 times a month)
Willing to work during festival (Especially New Year Celebration period)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in Marketing, Event, and Promotion in department store


Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom, Bangkok
Working Hour: 10:15-19:15(- Mon-Fri, Sat: Yes, (depends on preferred schedule) - Late Duty 12.40 - 21.45 or until customers are left - Late Duty (Change Promotion) 10.15 - 22.00 - Working during New Year (31-1 Dec) is a must)
