Senior HR (Recruiting) (30K-40K) (SDG-27277)
<Job Responsibilities>
Handle all recruitment tasks and facilitate the recruitment and selection process in accordance with the established procedures & processes.
Perform searches, make direct approaches to qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, and utilize various effective channels and tools to attract best-fit candidates.
Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure right attitude and personal values for the organization through assessment tools.
Coordinate and support all programs and activities for staff events.
Handle employee database to ensure the up-to-date and readiness of the database for usage of HR or related purposes.
Prepare weekly & monthly recruitment / HR reports and update employee information.
Execute the recruitment strategy as planned or new initiatives to support job achievement.
Provide assistance and support to employees regarding HR matters
Support the process for apply visa and work permit.
Manage and check time attendance, leave and other data for payroll process.
Assist for evaluation system and strategy.
Support and monitor all HR policies to ensure relevance and compliance
Assist in any other ad hoc duties



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 25 - 35 years old
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years’ experience in Recruiting field
Good command of both spoken and written English
Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Some experiences in IT-related industries are preferred Good
Interpersonal, good negotiation skill, problem solving and very energetic
