<Job Responsibilities>
 Product inquiry and Technical support by chat.
 Take care of all claim and problem.
 Quick and accurate technical support for customer requested inquiry (Part selection, Part convert etc.)
 Quick and accurate certificate document support for customer requested inquiry
 Support design "Touch Panel" for CU.
 Provide the accurate technical information and advice when visit customer
 Other assignments from Superior



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28 - 35 years old
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical with major Mechanical, Industrial, or any related field.
 3 years’ experience in Electric Design, Mechanical Design, Machine Electrical part selection to customer
 Well understand of Touch Panel Design.
 Have knowledge in drawing and design.
 Good command in English
 Service mind, willing to learn new thing.
 Toeic 500 Up

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Working experience in Trading company
