Assistant of HR (Japanese Speaking) (25K-30K) (SDG-27354)
<Job Responsibilities>
Manage overall HR and administration functions: recruitment, compensation and benefit, salary, arranging employment agreement, staff meeting etc.
Support Visa & Work Permit
Arrange social security fund, provident fund
Manage office situation: Stationary, Office agreement, Copy machine agreement etc.
Co-ordinate with Japanese and Thai staff
Translate document

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, 22-26 years
Bachelor degree in Japanese and other related fields
New graduate is also welcome
Japanese skill N3 or above
Would like to challenge and grow in HR field
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in Real Estate industry
Japanese skill N2 or N1
Experience of handling Visa& Work Permit
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level
Workplace Area: BTS Promphong, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri, Saturday Working: 2 times/month)
