Warehouse Manager @Pathumthani (40K-60K) (SDG-27444)
<Job Responsibilities>
To be a " P Safety(Safety Chairman)" of NVWH and monitor all the dangerous activity and take action until completion of improvement.
To control and take responsible of the key control of NVWH and avoid the abnormal usage of warehouse and equipment.
To monitor and control the Employee and Subcontractor's overtime not exceed over 36 hours per week.
To plan and allocate the job of Free zone &General to subordinate properly.
To submit the accident report immediately after receiving cargo.
To reduce the overtime properly. Properly means OT decrease doesn't make the operation stop.
To submit Incident/Accident report of Freezone&General after receiving an information.
To sharing the corrective/preventive action each of case to warehouse members for follow up with record.
ISO 9001:2015 (KPI, WI, JD, Audit)
To control and monitor of warehouse repair the facilities.
To monitor, Control, Improve and responsible for operation to follow as company's procedure and complied with government laws to concern
To monitor, Control, Maintain and responsible for material handling and equipment on good condition and to be ready for working
To verify, analyze customer's requirements and complaints and then report to superior for acknowledgement
To search for method to improve customer satisfaction
To correct data, analyze and conclude data in operation then report to GM.


To monitor, Control and improve working safety in workplace
To maintain to quality of working procedure including ISO activity
To training Work Instruction to all employees
To report abnormal thing to superior.

To manage daily operation plan including manpower for support each warehouse.
To Training Kaizen and 5S activities to all employees and sub-contractor to same understanding.
To sign Debit note of SGLDC.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35 - 45 years old
Bachelor's degree
Experience in warehouse operation more than 10 years.
Good command in English (Internal communicate, meeting, report, email)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in logistics company

Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: Navanakorn, Pathumthani
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (8.30-17.30), sat twice a month (8.30-15.30))
