Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking) (30K-50K) (SDG-27528)
<Job Responsibilities>
Prepare payment/receive voucher from monthly payment, reimbursement of staffs.
Coordinate with accounting firms in regards of monthly payment
Support to Japanese team in Japan such payments when they have a question.
Prepare payment transaction in banking online system and confirm the approval status
Review on PND 3, 53,PP 30,36 and create payment transaction in banking online system
Prepare and report monthly cash flow to manager
Handle on visa and work permit of Japanese staff and their family
Support to Japanese team in regards of documents transaction, translation, and translation for business meeting.
Purchase of office supplies
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, 24-28 years
Bachelor degree in accounting or any related fields
2-year experiences in Admin
Good command in English (TOEIC 600 plus)
Good command in Japanese (JLPT N3)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Direct experience in real estate
Experience in Accounting
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke/MRT Sukhumvit, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)
