Service Engineer Manager (40K-55K) (SDG-27600)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Monitor and support team member
 Response to customer needs in regards to the servicing, installation, and maintenance of machine tools.
 Monitoring and adhering to technical factors and quality standards. Actively manage and maintain customer relationships.
 Responding to customer service calls.
 Implementing up-gradations of equipment / mechanisms or parameters depending by the product change to increase efficiency, quality and machine health.
 Other task as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, age 32 - 40 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
 At least 3 years’ experience in in Service Engineer / Field Engineer / Maintenance Engineer for CNC machines (Fanuc or Siemens or CNC control)
 Have experience in managing subordinates
 Analytical Skills, Ability to Work under Pressure, Communication, Team Building & Leadership.
 Computer Literacy: MS Office & Internet Application.
 Good Command in English communication Skill (Email, communicate with clients and management)
 Own car and able to travel upcountry
