Sales and R&D Supervisor or Assistant Manager (38K-44K) (SDG-27615)
<Job Responsibilities>
Sales and Planning
 Visiting customers, new distributor in assigned area (Bangkok, North, Central, North-East, South)
 Maintain and develop existing clients
 Coordinate with Oversea Clients and Supplier (India)
 Business Trip (Japan, Vietnam, India)
 Prepare quotation
 Present sales, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
 Engage and support team members so that they can be productive and ensure that open and effective communication exists within the organization at all times.
 Other Tasks assigned by manager
R&D
 Develop and improve product based on feasibility study, prototype, process, stability, and commercial production
 Research consumer behavior to develop product to be advised and give ideas to clients
 Evaluate new and improved material for product improvement/cost optimization purpose.
 Development and design product prototype.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28 - 35 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Agri-Fishery, Marketing, Economic or related field
 At least 3 years of experience of leading a sales team or handling a project
 Experience in Sales, Sales Planning, R&D in Food Trading, Food Manufacturing company
 English business level with TOEIC score 800 or above is strongly required
 Ability to analyze and utilize marketing information to formulate effective plans
 Ability to supervise, lead, communicate and work effectively in a team

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experience in studying abroad
 Problem solving skills
