Production Manager

Production Manager @Rayong (50K-65K) (SDG-27736)
<Job Responsibilities>
Be responsible for whole production activity in the factory
Discuss with Japanese management to get more detail of orders and manage production
Responsible for managing production line in according with customer requirements of delivery schedule and production process plan from production engineering team
Manage and lead daily activity of employees (69 staffs) in Production department.
Control and maintain production line in order to keep quality and meet production schedule
Review efficiency of production and change manpower of each production process
Improve production line operation to increase productivity
Make training plan to improve technical/management skill for subordinates
Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 31 – 39 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in field of engineering
Conversational level of English
At least 5 years’ experience as production control in automotive field
At least 3 years working experience as management in Aluminum Die-Casting company

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Able to communicate in Japanese

Workplace Area: WHA Eastern Seaboard Industri, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri *Saturday working up to company schedule, average once a month)
