R&D Supervisor @Rayong (25K-35K) (SDG-27779)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Develop new products to meet criteria in terms of established cost and margins
 Corporate with production department to run pre-production test and set up standardize for product
 Interact with suppliers and ingredient consultants to keep abreast of new products and technologies
 Set up standard procedures and training materials for new product launches to support the simplification of operations.
 Research consumer behavior to develop product
 Control working plan, and training subordinate in order to skill up for speed up.
 Supervising and guiding new staff for administrative within the department with agreed policies and workflow.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25 – 30 years old
 Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Science, Chemical Engineering or other related science.
 A minimum of 2 year experience in Research and Development in Sanitary product or chemical or chemical for material.
 Strong analytical and Problem solving skill.
 Ability to make clear communication and work as a team.
 Good command in spoken/written and listen English.

Workplace Area: Amata City, Rayong
Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Saturday Working: Depends on company's calendar around 2 days / year )
