Call Center (15K-20K) (SDG-28046)
<Job Responsibilities>
Manage inbound calls
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, provide solutions and alternatives
Professionally present and answer questions about products to get customer order and meet daily target
Input customer information and update database
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 22-35 years old
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field
Fresh Grad are welcome
Able to work as shift (Day & Night)
English : Basic

Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini/BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-21:00(-5 days/week (depend on individual calendar) -Day and Night Shift (08.00-17.00 and 12.00-21.00))
