Service Assistant (18K-25K) (SDG-28520)
<Job Responsibilities>
Accuracy process quotation to customer
Coordinate between customer and service department team for smoothly operation
Coordinate with suppliers both Thai and overseas for parts price request.
Understanding basic of procurement, machine parts both mechanical & electrical
Follow up offered quotations status to ensure customer order achievement
Prepare accurate and reliable reports, data summary and other related documents
Other tasks following manager’s assignment or company policy



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 24-35 years old
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years’ experience in back office, sales coordinator, after sales service, procurement or any coordinator field
Good command of English (email, supplier/client communicate)
Good command of Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical or machine parts

Workplace Area: BTS Bearing, BTS Samrong, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
