Accounting Officer (17K-20K) (SDG-28598)
<Job Responsibilities>
Ensure product orders receiving from the warehouse
Use SWIFF system to monitor general accounting tasks including invoice, tax invoice, tax receipt, credit note, and else
Reconcile / prepare monthly WH/T reports for submissions to government
Review/ prepare monthly Input Tax reports with original tax invoices
Monitor issuing invoices and billing to customer.
Issue PO, petty cash, and other related documents
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 22-30 years old
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
At least minimum 1 years’ experience in Accounting or relevant fields (Fresh Graduate is also welcome)
Good command in conversational English
Basic command in Microsoft Office (especially basic Excel)
Detail-oriented and able to work as an individual
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in SWIFF system
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level

Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
