<Job Responsibilities>
Communicate with customer about shipping car via phone email
Check customer terms and requirement
Coordinate with customer for shipping schedule
Day to day customer care stationed in Thailand through e-mail/phone/office visits
Coordinate and support agent to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve job requirement
KPI
Develop business relationship with customer, update marketing database (including key-in database, market research, etc.)
Secure new business with customers through coordination with related internal parties
Visit client together with Sales Manager when required
Other assigned task by Superior



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-35 years old
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years direct experience in n Shipping Business or related fields
Good command in English
Good communication skill
Be able to visit client when required

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Working experience in Logistics company

Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area MRT Queen Sirikit, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
