<Job Responsibilities>
Projects' concepts
Analyze the information
Discuss with the direct supervisor and/or Sales Manager to understand the customer’s needs and the solution sought
Involved in H2K internal process
In collaboration with the Sales and the customer/Prepare and produce
Assess the project’s level of risk and costs
Provide the Sales Managers and customers with a cost estimate
Document the conceptual solution
Present the preliminary solution
Initiate and participate in brainstorming activities
Validate the solution, including equipment, options, costs and configuration, with the engineering team
Prepare, if need be, a formal conceptual layout according to specific technical concepts
Visit site(s), when necessary
Demonstrate the team's technical competence
Document the solution's descriptions
Other Related Tasks:
Input current cost/price into P2S quotation system.
Refine conceptual layout and formal quotation, if necessary
Assist sales team during kick off process.
Work in conjunction with Project Manager
Prepare the information required for project start-up and identify
Transfer validated commercial and technical information
Monitor the project following the sale
Analyze and manage the entire solution proposal stage
Perform field analyses to recommend solutions integrating
Write cost estimates in collaboration
Advise customers and Sales Representatives
Initiate and prepare meetings


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 23-26 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree
 DEC in Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent (electric, software, etc.)
 Organizational structure and business operation
 Industrial operations and processes
 Commercial approach and application to relationships with customers
 Plant layouts, equipment integration, plant ergonomics and potential technical difficulties
 Preparation of quotations, using appropriate software and relevant technical information
 Proper use of related software AutoCAD (3D), Microsoft Office.
 Communication skills in English
Experienced in;
 Act as a resource person with the engineering and project management teams
 Develop and help implement work methods and procedures
 Ensure the training of fellow team members
 Develop and recommend solutions to customers for non-standard equipment or systems in terms of feasibility, costs, and delivery deadlines
 Develop and distribute information to team members: customers, markets, difficulties met, potential improvements, etc.
 Maintain business relationships with customers
