Design Manager (Japanese Speaking) @Samutprakan (60K-100K) (SDG-29092)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for Research and Development project management and design department management
Lead and manage the subordinates (For designing and developing the new products with client's requirements / For bench-marking and study the new fashionable shapes for increasing the competitive capability)
Progress management of technical development work to achieve to department policy
Business report and information gathering to Japanese parent company
Coordination with other department
Manage to plan and control the department budget
Manage manpower and training
Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 35-45 years old
Bachelor Degree in any fields
Working experience of Research and Development in Automotive industry for at least 5 years
Business level of Japanese Language (N3 level or same level of N2)
Good command of English communication
Management experience for 3 years

Workplace Area: Bangplee, Samutprakan
