Factory Manager

Factory Manager (60K-80K) (SDG-29143)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Planning about management of factory by following company target and strategy
 Implement production in according to the plan and controlling process and product quality assurance
 Manage work procedure, execution plan and monitor day to day progress
 Control production plan, manpower planing and production capacity management
 Analysis the trouble and problem of production and set PDCA to prevent that problem
 Improving production process and staff ability to produce products as efficiency
 Be responsible for production quality and on-time shipping
 Maintain machine and equipment in production line
 Manage safety of factory
 Manager product cost / implement cost reduction activities and manage budget
 Establish ISO standards for factory



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, age 38-47 years old
 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineer, Electrical engineering or any relate field
 Have 10 years’ experience in production of manufacturing company
 Have working experiences as Factory Manager or Production Manager with 3 years in wire harness or automotive business
 Have knowledge of manufacturing control, productivity, maintenance and quality control
 Have knowledge of factory safety
 Have knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14000
 Strong leadership skills, accountability, good team player and can work under pressure
 Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skill
 Advanced conversation level of English
 Be able to commute to work by themselves

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Strong knowledge of Wire Harness production
 Good command of Japanese

Workplace Area Pinthong 3, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri Only (It depends on company's calendar) )
