Production Senior Manager @Chonburi (70K-80K) (SDG-29056)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Take care all Production Department
 Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budget
 Lead, coach and develop team members, ensure short and long-term resource planning
 Drive knowledge management by keeping up with internal and external developments and ensuring development, transfer and retention of knowledge
 Participate in cross-functional teams, issues advice and/or customer and manufacturing support at request or at own initiative
 Works with the RD&I technical, marketing and commercial teams to help establish the company’s long-term product development priorities
 Develop and maintain relations with internal and external suppliers and experts to stay abreast of new polymer technologies which may translate to product development projects
 Prioritize activities in accordance with business needs and optimizes efficiency
 Drives best practices for products, processes and ways of working. Supports platform development, deployment and polymer technology ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
 Lead the team contact for customers and attends customer meetings and develops overview and technology presentation information within the organization
 Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree or Master degree of Science (Chemistry) or related field
 Experience 15 years in production of paint business or chemical color with good formulation knowledge
 Have a knowledge in the Chemical Technical background and Managerial Skill is a must
 Have a knowledge in ISO/TS 16949: 2002, IATF 16949: 2016, ISO 14001.
 Good communication skills & able to work under high pressure
 Good command in English (Advanced Conversational - High)
 High responsibility and willing to work hard
 Knowledge People management
 Process strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and problem solving skills
