Accounting & Finance Department Manager @Samutprakarn (70K-80K) (SDG-29172)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Establish Supporting accounting & Finance Policy, procedures and system to meet company and legal requirements.
 Daily monitoring and approval voucher.
 Provide financial and management report, P/L by customer to GM and Management on a monthly basis and required by GM and Management.
 Monitoring and checking financial report (achievement report, management report and consolidation package) by online system through HI-TREE SYSTEM to Japan as time line on monthly quarterly yearly basis.
 Monitoring and checking monthly department’s sales, expenses, profit and loss comparison with budgeting on a monthly basis as time line.
 Ensure that book covered by legal requirement are properly recorded in the accounting program, maintained and retained as required by law.
 Supporting for department’s annual plan and budgeting for Japan reporting.
 Analyze data regarding the company’s status and conditions accordingly profitability.
 Monitoring and checking monthly financial performance report.
 Monitoring and checking the internal reports of each dept.
 Monitoring and ensure the detail balance in financial statement are appropriate and correctly.
 Responsible of tax refundable and/or any contacting with revenue dept.
 Manage and monitoring all related taxation for submission to Government office and revenue department.
 Daily monitoring and checking cash flow in & out.


 Monitoring A/R Aging as weekly basis.
 Monitoring and checking cash advance as weekly basis.
 Responsible planning of internal and external auditor.
 Monitoring all accounting staff follow up the accounting manual & system and maintain staff moral engagement by GM.
 Other assignments by supervisors.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 40-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree
 Experiences 10 years managerial in both Accounting & Finance.
 Must have CPD license
 Good Planning , monitoring.
 Team management experience
 Sound Tax knowledge.
 General computer knowledge.
 Good command of English (Internal communication)

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri and some Saturday (avg 13-14 Sat/year))
