<Job Responsibilities>
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting.
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
Supports budget and forecasting activities.
Collaborates with the other managers to support overall goals and objectives.
Monitors and analyzes work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
Responds to inquiries from the Administration Director regarding financial results, special reporting requests.
Work to ensure a clean and timely year end audit.
Supervise the general ledger to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the Section.
Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.


Work with Administration Director to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advice on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
Support with special projects and workflow process improvements.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
Good experience in Accounting, Financial, BOI, International Business Management, Experience of manufacturing business or cost allocation, Tax in 10 years up.
CPD License holder
Experience is supervisor level at least 5 years
Have a proficiency in costing, finance, and accounting analysis.
Full professional proficiency at English. (Advanced conversation)
Knowledge in ERP system especially SAP.
Business minded and strong team work.
Positive can-do attitude and passion for problem-solving.
Excellent communication, writing and editing skills.
Be able work under pressure and flexible working hours.
Able to communicate in English (Advanced Conversation)
