QA Manager

QA Manager @Samutprakarn (70K-100K) (SDG-29093)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for QA project management and QA department management
 Responsive for monitoring QA department main duties as follows
 Manage Special process (Heat treatment, welding, rubber) in subsidiary plant and supplier to meet customer requirement.
 Support for quality solving and improvement activities.
 Implement and control to 100% achieve customer quality requirement
 Extend recurrence prevention activities to all region and production companies
 Improve field quality aiming at Zero customer complaint
 Set up annual quality plan based on Aisin quality assurance requirement
 Implement and control Market claim compensation cost and ratio with customer
 Confirm customers’ defects and find root causes to prevent at the other companies
 Educate subordinates and related members to strengthen process control and quality assurance
 Confirm claim trend and occurrence condition based on warranty claim and summarize monthly report
 Correspond for part certification based on destination countries
 Provide a knowledge and technical report for concerning team.
 Other responsibilities as assigned from General Manager
 Department budget and manpower management
 Business reporting to General manager



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, age 37-46 years old
 Bachelor's degree
 Working experience of QA in Automotive industry for at least five years
 Good command of English communication
 Management experience for three years

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Good command in Japanese communication

Workplace Area Bangplee, Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday (18 Saturdays per year; around 1.5 Saturday per month))
