Deputy Production Manager (Japanese Speaking) (70K-100K) (SDG-29406)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Control the all production section to achieve the target (Auto Machine, Assembly line, Production Maintenance, Finish Good storage)
 Manage and increase skill all members in own section
 Document create (Check sheet, Form, Procedure) support production section
 Control Production Maintenance plan, production Quality and spare part for support production section
 Create Jig/Fixer support production line
 Control Production cost and KPI achieve to target
 Determine corrective or preventive action when any failure have occurred in own section or effect on next process
 Collect production data and making English report
 Doing Kaizen to improve production
 Other tasks assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, 40-50 years old
 Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineer, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering fields
 At least 5 years experiences in production control, factory manager or related field
 Experience in Automotive Business
 Good command both in Japanese and English Language
 Strong Managing skills and able to manage large amount of staff
 Have Quality Control / Quality Assurance knowledge

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Have JLPT (N3 or above) and TOEIC test score
 Experience in Japanese Automotive Manufacturing company

English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level


Workplace Area: Lardkrabang, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri) (Saturday Working: depend on company calendar)
