VP Facilities Management (100K-200K) (SDG-29372)
<Job Responsibilities>
Implement a comprehensive approach to developing and managing the physical environment at each of our facilities
Lead, facilitate, and contribute team of planning, designing, and space management to deliver project as follow timeline.
Corporate and manage third-party developers.
Lead team and lead facilities management initiatives to support strategic goals and objectives.
Develop and implement long-term plans and short-term goals according to organization's vision, mission, and values
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business administration or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Facility management.
Very good command of English.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Good management skill, communication skill and Team work.
Languages skills

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
