VP Project Development (100K-200K) (SDG-29368)
<Job Responsibilities>
Prepare project development organization, timeline and preliminary program.
Ensure that the project progress is meet the timelines and standard e.g. licenses and permits, tender, design, schedule, construction, control, budget, contract administration, payment and claim, sales and marketing, etc.
Develop feasibility study, develop and execute marketing and business plans of the responsible project
Cooperate with internal and external project teams.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Property Development, Project Development
Experience in residential or retail project development is required.
Very good at English
