<Job Responsibilities>
 Monitor corporate culture climate so that it supports the organization’s business goals and mission.
 Research, analyses and develop organization strategy in order to ensure the organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic business goals.
 Co-responsible organizational redesign, change management, culture management, and related OD matters.
 Closely work with related functions to facilitate communication in the company.
 Conduct employee engagement survey and monitor action plans of OD activities.
 Design and implement tools to maintain and improve corporate culture.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 27-35 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
 Minimum 5 years of experience.
 At least 3 years of experience in Senior Analyst, HROD, or related field is require.
 Good command of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Ability in prioritizing, planning, and project management to deliver tasks within deadlines.
 Good interpersonal and communication skills.
