Mechanical Design Engineer

Mechanical Design Engineer (30K-60K) (SDG-29248)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Design mechanical systems and equipment
 Analyze the needs, make calculations and define the parameters necessary to the design
 Review the standards that apply to the processes and systems, including safety standards, and ensure they are respected
 Develop concepts and select a solution in collaboration with the team
 Model plans, drawings and specifications for systems and equipment
 Search and select components and materials for the systems and equipment
 Obtain and evaluate quotation from suppliers for components
 Verify the design and drawings prepared by the design technicians
 Solve problems met on the design of systems and equipment in collaboration with the engineering team
 Carry out research and development projects
 Conduct tests and trails
 Support the manufacturing team in the execution of the projects under way
 Prepare and present project reports
 Provide technical support to sales, manufacturing and service teams
 Review and approve manufacturing work
 Collaborate in the preparation of technical documents
 Analyze the problems encountered by customers and make recommendations
 Solve technical problems at customers site
 Evaluate the costs and deadlines relative to the design of the specification requested by the customers
 Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 27-32 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineer
 At least 3 years working experience using Solid Edge, AutoCad or Solid Work
 Problem solving in mechanical design
 Cost and time evaluation in design projects
 Knowledge of mechanical, Pneumatic, Electrical components
 Knowledge of engineering standards in equipment design, manufacturing and start-up and commissioning
 Knowledge of safety policy
 Able to use computer-aided designing software
 Able to communicate in English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Able to use engineering software: PLM, Office and JDE
 Able to do VBA for excel

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
