<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for recruitment process of shop branches including head office
 Make strategy to get a suitable candidate by coordinating with agencies to conduct an interview, etc.
 Working with subordinates in order to complete the assignment effectively
 Manage attendance of employee
 Responsible for payroll procedure of head office and shop branch employees
 Coordinating externally such as Social Insurance, Thai Labour Law, VISA and Work Permit Agency, The Revenue Department, etc.
 Other document tasks
 Other tasks as assigned by the Japanese President



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, age 39-44 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource and Organization Management or related field
 Good command in written and verbal in English
 Good people skills and must be able to interface with all levels within the company structure
 Flexibility and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
 Experienced in Japanese company.
 At least 10 years of experience in Human Resource function including at least 4-5 years in Human Resource Management level.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Able to communicate in Japanese (with internal)

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
