Production Manager @Prachinburi (40K-75K) (SDG-29538)
<Job Responsibilities>
Management and Development Production Process (build up all activity for achieve target of yield, quality, delivery and cost
Improvement the process to highest performance
Manage and control the supervisor and engineers for improve and develop operators follow company rule and keep the high attendance rate including discipline and good attitude
Manage and control quality system (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949:2016 for production
Manage production planning improve and develop process to keep the KPI target of the productivity controlling to redue the loss in the process
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male age 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Industrial , Electronic, Electrical Engineering or related field
Management experience about 5-10 of PCB business or automotive industry
Management experience in Manufacturing (employee more than 500)
Good in relationship and coordination skill
Quality System : ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, IATF1649:2016
High motivation to improve

Experience in Japanese company
