Programming Automation Engineer (30K-40K) (SDG-29490)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Design programs and operator interfaces for PLC control
 Being responsible for PLC Siemens S7-1500 development, PLC Allen Brandley development, WinCC HMI software development, commissioning, commercial, process automation, electrical drawing and demonstrations.
 Developing, setting up and modifying programs of PLC and HMI
 Robot commissioning (Fanuc, Abb)
 Performing software programming and testing the system
 Having technical responsibility for a particular system as part of a project assigned by the project manager
 Assisting in plant erection, commissioning and start up
 Analyze, develop and program calculations and sequences for the PLC control (Pneumatics, electrical, process)
 Apply and respect the programming methods of the company
 Update equipment specifications
 Collaborate with the manufacturing team in carrying out the work
 Develop controls (software) for new products
 Conduct experiments and tests on the equipment
 Prepare and present reports
 Provide technical support to sales, service and manufacturing teams
 Analyze problems face by the customers and make recommendations
 Participate in equipment start up at customers sites
 Train customers on operating equipment
 Solve problems faced by the service technicians and customers
 Provide technical support to service technicians and customers


 Collaborate in the preparation of technical documents, including technical manuals
 Analyze customer needs to help in offering the right product options
 Participate in bid preparation and budget estimates
 Assess the feasibility of customer requests
 Estimate the time required to design options requested by customers
 Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-28 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in mechanics or electronic engineering
 At least 3 years' working experience in machine design
 Must have experience in PLC programming experience with Siemens S7 PLC or Allen Branley
 Able to communicate in English
 Good knowledge on industrial controls and wiring diagram
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Able to travel to upcountry (domestic and internationally)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experience in industrial robotic Fanuc, ABB
 Experience in industrial robotic applications and using visual Basic/ C#/ SQL database
