Senior Land Acquisition Manager (Pay Rent) (80K-120K) (SDG-35852)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Plan and analyze store contribution to increase share of market share
 Process New, Renovation, Renew and Closure store as company’s plan and maintain relation with landlords and others.
 Develop real estate team to serve company’s vision and mission.
 Acquire new potential stores to minimize turnover, remodeling existing stores and relocating stores.
 Analyze performance of existing stores and recommend closure of unprofitable stores.
 Manage standard store profitability calculation for all new stores, relocated and/or remodeled store.
 Ensure that agreements and renewals are written in the company’s interest and include special clauses required by the company.
 Negotiate with 3rd party architecture, constructor, and furniture and fixtures with the best possible cost and to submit plans and estimates the budget.
 Process new store opening, store relocating, store remodeling, and store closing.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 33-45 years old
 Bachelor degree
 Experience in Pay Rent is a must.
 Retail business experience is required (any product)
 Very good at English (business level)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Conversational level of Vietnamese
