Accounting and Finance Manager @Rayong (65K-75K) (SDG-35935)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Perform full spectrum of accounting functions and financial affairs
 Establish proper procedures for cash management and credit control
 Responsible for Payroll, Credit control, Royalty, Taxes, Bank reconciliation, financial statement and Management report.
 Financial Statement Analysis
 Prepare and responsible for tax return; Finalize taxes annual and mandatory reports for government
 Responsible for drafting yearly budgeting and Mid-term plan for the company
 Maintain general ledger and assets register
 Monitor changes in exchange rate
 Liaise with auditors, bankers, governmental departments and other external bodies
 Control cash flow, identify possible and better source of funds
 Control capital expenditure
 Provide financial advisory service to other operating units
 Participate in formulating policies for the Company’s development
 Update regulations in Thailand and Groups
 Selection, training and development staffs
 Support other operating units
 Prepare and review, cooperating together with the agent for Tax refund (19 BIS)
 Other task that assigned from management



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor degree in Accounting
 At least 3 years experiences as Accounting Assistant Manager or Accounting Manager in Chemical Industry
 At least 10 years experiences of supervisory, in the financial reporting/general area in Manufacturing company especially Chemical industry for easily understanding of lubricant business and how to treat the inventory of liquid product
 Experience using SAP or other large automated accounting system
 Can communicate in English (Advanced Conversational High)
 Holding CPD License
 Computer Proficiency and strong experience with Microsoft Excel
 Ability to be multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Business Level of English
 Working experience as Accounting Manager in oil or Lubricant Company
