Business Development (35K-50K) (SDG-35987)
<Job Responsibilities>
 To conduct business development or marketing research for the development of residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on
 To make feasibility study of real estate development business including residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on
 To conduct overall market research related to real estate development business
 To develop business strategy, scheme, and model for the new business and project, and to verify the feasibility of them
 To collaborate with JV partner and related team to do real estate development business
 To support the executives for any kinds of requested tasks
 Other duties assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 27-35 years old
 Bachelor degree in Architecture, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Strategy or any related fields.
 At least 5 years of working experience in construction industry.
 Good understanding about feasibility study in real estate business
 Good command of English, strong communication skills
 PC skills - Outlook/MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point
 More than 2 years of working experience in each company
 Personality: Strong sense of responsibility, Supportive and flexible, Open to learn the new knowledge and skills, Interested in various tasks

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Working experience in real estate industry
