Accounting Section Manager (60K-70K) (SDG-36148)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Monitoring &Review data of all function before month end closing.
 Recorded Sales allowance by monthly and reconcile balance by account code for submission to Corporate planning Div,
 Monitoring &Review Cost of Service (Repairing, Maintenance, Installation).
 Monitoring & Review accrue cost for long outstanding and Manage to close project Job (Repairing &Maintenance) after project or Job completed.
 Prepare GP. by category report, Management for meeting report, Profit&Loss by SBU, Monthly report to DIL,
 Prepare & Analysis Selling & Admin expense by Division (Actual comparison with budget) and submission to PIC for analysis and control budget.
 Review and approve Credit Memo request before Issue Credit note to customer.
 Review and approve Vendor request before create master vendor.
 Reconcile prepaid expense for record amortize expense by monthly
 Check reconcile report all account code (Balance sheet) and review transaction balance for long outstanding.
 Coordinate with who it concern with Assets (Inventory, Fixed assets) for annual physical count
 Review master vendor by Yearly.
 Consult with other departments that need to help.
 Review process, Shorten process and improvement program for operation quickly.
 Support external Auditor when Auditor visit Company.
 Manage the operations of the accounting department to be efficient and accurate according to the Accounting and Company policy

 Perform J-sox, ISO or other systems which the company has contracted to comply with the company policy and update PECC, Manual process, Counter measure
 Other assignment

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, age 32-40 years old
 Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related field
 At least 5 years’ experience in overall Accounting field in
 Trading Company
 Good knowledge or experience in Cost Accounting
 At least 2 years managing skills with subordinates
 Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
 Good command of English (writing & Reading skills)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Working experience in with numerous transactions
 Able to use SAP
 Able to analyses financial statement

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
