Legal Specialist @Samutprakarn (30K-40K) (SDG-36311)
<Job Responsibilities>
Contact the public agency for foreign permission working license with IEAT., Labor Department, Industrial Department, Embassy and Customs.
Control expatriate employee work permit, visa, re-entry and other concerns.
Review regally company agreement such as concerns to Sale, Transportation, Leasing, Delivery, sale land and manage for controlling legally, Document system of the company
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Law
Good command in written & spoken in English
Driving license (Company car is provided)
Strong communication skills
Minimum 3 years of experiences as a Legal Officer function in dealing with a government agency in order to support expatriate employee work permit and visa
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
TOEIC 500 or above
Lawyer license
Languages skills
English: Conversational
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Bang Phli Industrial Estate, Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri (Alternate Sat))
