Senior Accounting Consultant (60K-80K) (SDG-36512)
<Job Responsibilities>
Provide consulting services under Japanese Manager
Licensing & post licensing support
Setting-up representative office
Change/Update the business license
Setting-up branch office
Advisory for workflow of accounting ,tax
Advisory for investment
M&A SERVICES such as Structuring scheme, Listing up targeted companies, Valuation, Supporting negotiation/agreement, Financial & Legal Due Diligence, Monitoring for Post-Merger Integration
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Having CPA license
Business level of English
At least 3 years of working experience in BIG 4
