Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager (60K-80K) (SDG-36663)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
 Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
 Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
 Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
 Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
 Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
 Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
 Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
 Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
 Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
 Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, age 35-40 years old
 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer
 8-10 years or above of experiences on construction site, construction project or project management
 Knowledge of CAD/ AutoCAD
 Have License of Professional Practice (Associate Civil Engineer)
 Have driving license and able to drive own car to work in the upcountry/industrial estate
 Able to work/stay over in the upcountry (occasional, at provided accommodation)
 Able to work actively under pressure and hard-working
 Able to show the decisive and leadership skills

Workplace Area BTS Udomsuk, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (SAT: occasional, around 4-5 times per year) Work in upcountry as assigned by projects)
