Chief of Legal (30K-45K) (SDG-36991)
<Job Responsibilities>
Review and draft agreements & legal documents both in Thai and English
Make the template of standard company agreement
Provide legal opinion focusing on Business Law and Labour Law
Check and ensure the company comply with law
Monitor the updated laws and regulations
Lead and train staff in team
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-32 years old
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Law
Experience 5 years in legal field
Strong knowledge and experience in agreement or contract review
Good command of spoken and written English (have Toeic)
Have lawyer license
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Able to speak Japanese
Come from Automotive field or big company
Languages skills

Workplace Area BTS Nana, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
