<Job Responsibilities>
Documentation
Service report classification - every report needs to be classified
Technical training documentation
Finish check list
Work on the service clean up - how to keep information
Conduct documents to instruct all concerned for parts needs to be assemble before shipping out
Manual part list for semi-auto machine and OML1080
Preventive Maintenance / Service Maintenance report
Service report classification - every report needs to be classified.
Record issue, track issue, put part no. (as work flow)
If parts required to quote give to spare specialist / project engineer to prepare quotation
To find the parts warranty (after service warranty) give it to parts technician
Installation & Commissioning report
Installation report (overseas) - Create I & C open issues and track for following up and close issue
To follow up with concern department, ig. project manager, engineering, project coordinator , service engineering to make sure that the issue will be closed soonest and smoothly
To work close with parts technician, make sure that parts required have been delivered
Help the team search part no.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years old
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or mechatronics
At least 3 years related working experienced
Able to communicate in English

Workplace Area BTS Udomsuk/Bangna, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
