<Job Responsibilities>
 Supervise and control audit process of call follow up of in-house team and/or outsource team
 Investigate complaint cases
 Provide corrective measure and preventive measure to avoid customer complaint, ensure compliance with laws and all related regulations
 Suggest new operation or modification the current operation to ensure compliance with laws and all related regulations and effectiveness of follow up
 Advice, suggest, and coordinate with the team and other units for problem solving, improvement, and development of works.
 Set up annual audit operation for in-house team
 Provide standard workflow of regular audit and annual audit
 Advice, suggest, and coordinate with the team and other units for problem solving, improvement, and development of works.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in Legal or related fields
 At least 3-5 years of experience in collection, operation audit
 Experience in handling issue relating to Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB)
 Competent in English communication, both speaking and writing (Internal Communication)
 Computer literature in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel , Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
 Good people management and team management
 Good decision making and problem solving skills
 Business process improvement skill
