Debt Control Senior Manager (55K-65K) (SDG-37189)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage, control and monitor collection team in order to get payment within company target base on company policy.
 Motivate, improve and increase staff efficiency and staff skill to reach the company target.
 Create and plan the new method to develop the work process.
 Analyst and find the solution to resolve collection’s problem for Management timely.
 Initiate, perform and or oversees special projects or assignments to execute and implement.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 38-45 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or related fields.
 At least 5 years working experience in management position of collection or risk management, in leasing company.
 Experience of improving team performance in daily operation
 Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing. (Internal Communication)
 Good people management.
 Good decision making and problem solving skills.
 Good team management.
 Strong Leadership skill.
 Business process improvement skill
