Translator (Admin Department) (Japanese Speaking) (25K-50K) (SDG-37368)
<Job Responsibilities>
 To provide translation services (English, Thai, and Japanese) 70% such as minutes of the meeting, all of the business issues, and other topics for the executives
 Responsible as an interpreter for interpreting messages for the executives when they meet with our business partners. (30%)
 Supporting the executives by coordinating with the related parties
 Perform the administration duties; meeting minutes, memorandum, and top management. Person in all concerned activities
 Provide personal administrative support to a team within the department through conducting and organizing administrative duties
 Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, documents, coordinate meeting, conferences.
 Perform the general administration duties to support the Office such as filing office admin documents, arranging the business travel for other colleagues (hotels/air tickets/expenses).
 Coordinate with internal/external parties and prepare the relevant document contract such as office rental contract, copy machine contract etc.
 Facilitate the payment process, petty cash, checking the reimbursement, expense report, etc.
 Coordinate with accounting team for invoices, receipt, and request form.
 Perform other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 25-40 years old
 Bachelor Degree in any fields
 3-5 years’ experience as Interpreter / Translator
 Strong in interpreter/translator skills
 Good command in Japanese Skill (N3-N1)
 Good command in English Skill
 Good communication skill with good service minded
