<Job Responsibilities>
Analyze salary structure
Evaluate career path
Create proper organization chart including new structure
Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
Assist in the development and integration of policies
Other tasks assigned by Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
5 years of experience of HR Consultant especially Organization Consultant
Able to communicate in English
Able to analyze situation with an idea
