Technical Writer

Technical Writer (20K-25K) (SDG-37499)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Prepare instruction manuals, journal articles and other supporting document to communicate complex and technical information more easily
 Develop, gather and disseminate technical information among customers, designers and manufacturers
 Research, write, edit and proofread complex technical data
 Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
 Create, maintain and update manuals, procedures, specifications and other documents
 Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
 Design and establish style guidelines and standards for texts and illustrations to meet business needs
 Organize and write supporting documents for products
 Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation and charts that increase users understanding
 Review, revise, modify pre-edit documents
 Write technical documents in compliance to the company's established standards and guidelines
 Evaluate and recommend revision to standards and guidelines
 Standardize content across platforms and media
 Provide writing, editing and design support to other team members
 Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos
 Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers
 Other tasks as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 22-25 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or technical writing
 Fresh graduates are welcomed to join
 Able to communicate in English especially writing
 Able to use Microsoft office

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
